Reasonable rates for better after-sales service
If you buy a one-stop service; the warranty period is 1 year, within 1 year to provide you with installation after-sales, accessories replacement, transportation costs, will be free for you.
If you have not purchased a package that includes after-sales service, you will be charged according to the following rates:

The technical structure of the HOACE After Sales includes: more than 9 specialist technicians able to intervene in Assy (Erection & Commissioning) and Service (both during the warranty and out of warranty period);
more than 5 territorial inspectors (RTI) with the dual function of controlling the quality of the HOACE service provided in the territory (controller) and Free periodic visits by Inspectors
