All-in-One Chicken Scalding and Plucking Machine | Poultry Feather Removal for Chicken Duck Goose
Poultry slaughter chicken feather is a small domestic depilating and boiling water in one machine.Suitable for chicken, duck, goose, pigeon, quail and even goat.
The structure motor drives gear wheel, which effectively protect the device in case water-entering may lead to damage when cleaning.
The feather will be flow out with water.No damage to the meat, labor saving, time saving, work efficiency is equivalent to more than ten people’s manual labor, deeply appreciated by the hotels, restaurants and agricultural products processing households.
Operation Steps
1).Scald the poultry after slaughtered by hot water of 65-80 degree.
2). Then turn on the machine,put the scalded poultry into the machine(ginger,potato and fish can put into directly).
3). After 10 seconds working,turn on the tap,and wash away the removed feather, then take out the poultry.
4). The whole process of process chicken is about 30s.
